Courtyard

The Courtyard is our largest event space, located in the heart of Lulu. It can be hired privately until 9pm for either a half courtyard booking or a full courtyard booking:

Half Courtyard for up to 30 people is not a private booking however, it allows a guaranteed space for your function. To secure this space we do not require a minimum spend, only a booking deposit of $300 which can be redeemed on the night of your event.

Full Courtyard for up to 100 people standing is a private function space until 9pm. This requires a minimum spend of $1000 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays and a minimum spend of $3000 on Fridays and Saturdays. There is also a required booking deposit of $300 which can be redeemed on the night of your event. We recommend catering your standing function with our platter menu.

Please note that there is not an option to play your own music in the courtyard unless you get a DJ, after 10pm we often have live music begin when we open up to the public.

If you’d like to come by to see the space, there is always a manager on duty Tuesday-Sunday from 4pm who will be happy to give you a tour.
